We are collaborating with Chef Jack Rogers, aka "The Tall Chef" once again to bring you seasonally inspired, unique and down right delicious bites. He is classically trained in French cuisine, studying at London's top culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu. Jack has a wide variety of experience working with top chefs in different cuisines from all over the world and produces fresh, refined, classic flavor combinations with added twists. 

Working directly with Chef Jack, we artfully pair library wine, new releases and limited production wines with each course. Every combination highlights the wine and enhances the meal.
