Upon arrival at our tasting room, ask for our winemaker’s recommended pairings for the sandwich you selected and receive 10% off your bottle purchase. Pricing does not include wine.

Turkey Ciabatta: (Layers of premium turkey, Havarti, Mama Lil’s peppers, and artichokes with a vegetable cream cheese spread on ciabatta bread)

Veggie Ciabatta (V): Marinated artichokes, pickles, sliced radish, Havarti, and smoked provolone with a vegetable cream cheese spread on ciabatta bread

Parisian Ham: (Shaved ham, D'Affinois double crème brie, cornichons, and Dijon on a demi baguette)

Chicken Caesar Salad (GF): Crisp romaine lettuce, herb-marinated grilled chicken and shaved parmesan with house-made Caesar dressing

Asian Chopped Salad (GF/V+): Ginger-tamari tofu, romaine, purple cabbage, crushed peanuts, shaved carrot, and a zesty house-made tamari-lime dressing

Green Goddess Mediterranean Bowl (GF/V): Quinoa, cucumber, kalamata olives, feta*, mixed greens, hummus, and a green tahini dressing

PRODUCTION TOURS

Reservations are now available for Production Tours including standard tastings at our Walla Walla Winery & Vineyard Estate. Our team will walk you through the beautiful Whistling Hills Vineyard and give you a behind-the-scenes tour of our production facility where you can see the winemaking process in action.

The tour and tastings are complimentary with a bottle purchase of $50 or more. If you’d like to tour during another date and time, contact cj@pattersoncellars.com.

The Whistling Hills vineyard is a well-established vineyard with a track record of producing high-quality, reliable fruit. It currently consists of 7.18 producing acres with 1.29 acres of Tempranillo, 1.88 acres of Syrah, 1 acre of Merlot, 1.67 acres of Viognier, 0.36 acres of Roussanne, and 0.97 acres of Carmenere. We look forward to hosting unique vineyard experiences overlooking the beautiful Blue Mountains!
